Semi Automatic Fillers
Semi-automatic Filler is designed to fill various viscous or non-viscous liquids into PET / PVC / HDPE or glass containers.
Mostly used in the Food sector (Olive Oil, Rose Water, Molasses, Vinegar Sauces), Beverages (Spirits, Wine) amongst many others.
Dedicated Vacuum filling machines are needed when filling viscous liquids.
The vacuum filling system is equipped with a vacuum pneumatic pump which creates a depression inside the container. Filling can be carried out only after the depression phase. Once the pre-set level is achieved, the product in excess is collected in a recovery tank and afterward it can be sent again to the processing system, before filling.
