Marketing Communications Specialist
Job Summary:
Manage all marketing activities for the group.
Responsibilities:
- Manage lead generation activities to generate inquiries for sales teams in all branches.
- Manage content on websites and social media platforms.
- Manage 6 to 8 international trade fairs per year.
- Basic graphic design skills to modify brochures, business cards, etc.
- Coordinate with graphic designer for advanced creative visuals.
- Email monthly newsletters by branch and by target audiences.
- Design PowerPoint presentations to customers and suppliers.
- Participate in international conferences.
- Attend marketing strategy meetings with suppliers.
- Constant evaluate and improvement of company brand image.
- Become top of mind across defined target audience within each industry sector.
- Alignment with major suppliers on communication strategy.
- Manage directory of 2nd hand machines.
- Additional duties as assigned or required by Management.
Knowledge and skill Requirements:
- Technical skills: basic photoshop illustrator and movie editing skills.
- Relevant experience: minimum 10 years in similar position.
- Languages: English, Arabic. French is a plus.
- Communication: clear verbal and written skills.
- Reporting: to describe in detail the work done and feedback from/to stakeholders.
- Hard work: to complete tasks fully and follow-up until completion.
- Dedication: to go out of their way to complete tasks within deadline.
- Organization skills: accurate traceability and follow-up on all jobs.
- Accountability: responsible for own tasks and deadlines.
- Speed: ensure response/feedback within 24h all stakeholders.
- Integrity: ensure the delivery of all promises within deadline.
- Approach: Pleasant and respectful, professional and position relations with all stakeholders.
