Fillers for Cups
Zakka Automation is the industrial arm of Zakka Multitec, located in Beirut, Lebanon, focused on the design, manufacturing and assembling of industrial automation systems.
The Automatic Linear Filling machines model R1 are available in 3 different models suitable to fill Viscous Liquids, or Powders or Granules into cylindrical plastic or glass containers at a speed of 20 to 150 containers per minute.
The R1 fillers are designed and built to dose any kind of product for the following sectors: Food, Beverage, Chemical, and Cosmetics.
Depending on the application, the filling capacity is adjustable so the same machine could be used for various containers. For instance, the R1P can fill from 10 to 100g, or another version could do from 100 to 1000g.
The machine base and structure are entirely constructed of Stainless Steel AISI 304, specifically designed for the food industry. The parts in contact with the product are made in Stainless Steel AISI 316. The filling nozzles are executed in two pieces that can be easily disassembled for a perfect cleaning.
All of our Fillers are customized based on the specific request of the customer, thereby ensuring they answer the needs of today and tomorrow. Several options could be added upstream or downstream such as feeding tables or gapping devices, or combined with other machines such as Check Weighers or Labeling machines.
